Investigate and Report

Interview individuals, review records, assess circumstances, and prepare recommendations that help courts make informed decisions.

Guide and Support

Build professional relationships, encourage accountability, and help individuals identify the steps needed to move forward.

Connect People with Resources

Coordinate access to mental health care, substance-use treatment, education, employment, and other community services.

Protect the Community

Monitor compliance, address risks, support victims, and work with courts, law enforcement agencies, and community partners.

Training

  • Four weeks on the job training so you’re ready for any challenge.
  • Experienced supervisors support available to help once you start on the floor.

Work Schedule

  • Forty Hour Work Week/ Rotating Days Off
  • Three Shifts
    • 7am to 3pm
    • 3pm to 11pm
    • 11pm to 7am
